Dear Heather,

I downloaded the toning meditation last November and, like you said on your SLP audio, got immediate amazing results from it the first time I used it. My life, just too busy, kept me from using it on a daily basis, in fact it seemed like I was only using it once a month, but it has been a desire for me to apply it daily.

"Something" recently has been pushing me to prioritize my meditation time (thank you spirit!), so I now sneak off to my car (parked in the garage) to get a meditation in before I leave for work in the morning. I have little privacy at home with a family of 5, so this seems to be the trick! It's only been a week now, but I wanted to let you know that I really benefit from what you put together! THANK YOU! It's the best time of my day. I recently learned an energy grounding ritual that I'm going to try before the toning, so I think the combination of that and the toning will be very powerful.

On my commutes, I have been listening to the SLP audio you recorded, and will give the 7 day "no negativity" program a try soon. In addition to my personal challenge with speaking and thinking negative thoughts, the trick will be to gracefully turn conversations from others to a more positive slant. Hmmm, not sure if I should hang a sign around my neck that says "Positive talk only, please!"

One more thing. Learning about the "everything's OK" thought process was perfectly timed. My 20 year old daughter has decided to do things, or not do things, that I know will cause her hardship, but when I approach each issue with an "it's OK" thought it relieves me of tension, disappointment, expectation, and burden. It's her life, they are her choices, and they are her results, not mine. It's hard to watch your child make decisions that you know will be hard, but your OK approach makes it easier for me to allow my little bird to find her own wings. It's not easy, but it does bring a sense of more peace.

Dearest Heather,

It is late and I am still in a surreal state of mind and heart.

Today I bought a mobile home in Boulder. Now, I understand that does not sound so grandiose but for a person who was bound to Summit County, poor, isolated, broken hearted and afraid, this is the biggest, most precious miracle.

The toning-meditation - from 'The Silent Language of Peace CD - has saved, changed, and completely transformed my life. These words fall flat in their impact on this computer screen, but not in my physical reality that I am living with gratitude, peace, love and abundance.

I just don't know how to describe the turn of events but they were all a direct and immediate manifestation from the toning that my son, Khai and I have been doing together. He really loves to tone with me, so I hold an intention for his highest good, too, that he may have a peaceful heart and reality.

To say this stuff really works cuts it short of the mental and spiritual work it has taken to get here, too, but it does really work! And it works so well, so simple, so clear, so lovingly, as though God were waiting for me to change my mind, to take responsibility for my mind, and, most of all, Trust Him. I like to tone 'I am willing to trust God" every day. It is my favorite.

I started the 40 day destination transformation, but due to my quick manifestations from toning I have been devoted to embracing mine and Khai's new freedom, new love, new peace and delighting in being in the presence of family and friends who love us. Needless to say we have been traveling.

Khai still lives half his time with his father but I believe that through the toning we can achieve a peaceful life for him. I trust God to take care of the rest, for it is none of my business!

Dear Heather,

When I first discovered your website and the Ah-Oh singing meditation, I sang along with it every morning and night without fail, sometimes with my husband joining in, sometimes with other meditation techniques and occasionally silent meditation following it (and the Child of Light meditation from your website now and then too.) I am in a MasterMind group and I do those and the individual affirmations for myself and the other members daily now during my early morning "spiritual" time, tho I know we are spiritual 100% of the time.

I noticed right away that I was feeling much better physically. I have had fibromyalgia pain, occasional HBP and now arthritis in my right hip (mostly.) I am also a Highly Sensitive Person and rather tense, to say the least. Anyway, I am not a complainer and I am very positive about life and healing etc. But I immediately felt about 10 years younger (than the 99 I had been feeling. Kidding.) Anyway, I was energized physically and mentally, too.

About that time my prescription I was taking for Fibromyalgia ran out (a nerve pain med also for sleep) and the RNP didn't call the pharmacy to renew it for a week after it was gone. So I found out, I didn't need it. I was sleeping okay and the pain and discomfort I was having was alleviated by the meditation. (I have have some pain recurrance now getting used to the colder and sometimes damper weather this Fall, but it's okay so far.)

I noticed how miraculous it was doing the Ah and Oh meditation when I took my BP while meditating and it was nearly 20 pts. lower than it was a short time before and then afterwards. I am hoping meditating with the sounds and also adding silent meditation (and some natural supplements like Magnesium and Valerian, as I am more in favor of natural remedies) will help me lower my BP all the time without having to resort to drugs which are hard on the body and I'm not real fond of anyway.

The most exciting thing is, I was playing your website Ah-Oh on my computer several times while I was babysitting my grandkids. I had the 4-year old singing along with me for a few minutes. He seemed to enjoy it! It also calms the 6-month old baby boy and he could lie on the blanket and play without having to be entertained (when he was younger.) He was a bit premature and is running behind his actual age still.

This past weekend we were in the room with the computer when my 4-yr. old grandson (who doesn't speak real clearly yet) pointed at the computer and said, "Turn on the AH." He actually requested it and sang along a little bit. Amazing. I think he's one of those Indigo Children. Very smart and creative and accepting and strong-minded without being defiant of willful. (Too bad his daddy wasn't that way. Oh well.)

So, I just thought I would let you know how much good your Ah-Oh meditation has been effecting me and my life. (I tried to listen to Wayne Dyer s Ah meditation on CD and he sounded a bit like a fog horn, so I didn't get much out of that one. Our minister at Unity keeps saying the secret to spirituality is in silence, and I am just not having a silent lifetime this time around.) I have also found that I can fit the Ah-Oh meditation into other songs playing the background and tried it at the drumming circle I have joined on Wed. afternoons. It's great. Easy to remember. Drumming and chanting is a bit like walking and chewing gum for some of us...

Also, I gave a copy of your downloads to a woman at church (I hope that's okay) and the other week her husband said he discoverd it, listened and was loving your message(s.) He has now gone to your website for more. He said the info was having a great effect on his life, too. (I am not sure he even got to the Ah-Oh medition yet if at all.)

So thanks for everything. You and your ministry are a blessing.

Hello Beautiful Heather! Thank you so much for creating such an inspiring, healing and transforming website. A special being in my life thought I might like your website and I was sent an email from you. I was checking my emails on my phone while waiting for my car at the car wash yesterday and found your email. I found myself heading straight for your website and then instantly clicked on the children's section.

My husband and I have been communicating with the Spirit of our children from the moment we met 3 years ago. I had always felt a connection with them(feels like two...a girl and a boy) even before I met my beautiful twin flame but when we found each other
the feelings and communication got stronger. So when I started reading about Amelia and what she wanted from you it was if my daughter was asking the same of me and tears started flowing down my face. I could feel her Spirit run through me on that bench at the car wash and I feel her now as I write this letter to you. I continued to read on and the tears just continued to flow as well. We are preparing for pregnancy and I feel my sweet girl is going to come through first but either way is divine. And I intend to read her(or him!) Amelia's Affirmations and play her the audio version everyday. So as I was wiping away the tears I realized not only was my car getting a fabulous washing but my Soul was getting a cleaning too!

What a wonderful synchronicity receiving your newsletter sign up this AM. My mom is having major surgery this AM and I was feeling anxious about it. My mom was gravely ill when I was a young child and this has always been a wound, that I accept even after years of healing.

I did your Silent Language of Peace meditation and had a wonderful communion with the Shekinah. Your wonderful toning provided a magnificent portal into a place of pure peace where I witnessed every possible outcome my mom could choose. My name is Cristina Ghetie and I write to you from Romania - East Europe. I do not know who, a month ago, my dear Soul led me to your web site... and I downloaded Amelia's affirmations and... I"ve fallen in love with them.. with the vibration.. it is perfect!!! Thank you. It feels so good...and your voice is... it simply is...you transmit so much... and tonight, reading how you end up writing these words... outstanding! For me, it was deeply moving because, although I do not have kids - yet - I think I communicate with my first one... and I am not pregnant - yet.

Heather, I like everything about your site.... That it was so beautifully done.... That you had so many free things to do there, that you could learn a bit about the card system, order readings, and mostly get to know a little about you. I'm always keeping my eyes and ears open for people I can refer others to (when it comes up and I feel a match), or when I need to talk to someone myself. Since you lived in Utah for a while, you might know where I'm at..... I live in Idaho (quite near the large wilderness area). Anyway, there isn't a whole lot here in the metaphysical world yet. (Just me!) :-) Thank goodness for the internet the past few years.

Heather, i love your site because it seems and feels genuinely caring. I love wayne dyer and the fact that you used his material was easy for me to understand, and use. i think that there are times that i try to follow rules that are given: for instance meditation............i feel that i am not as clear as i could be...............but your guidelines about lying down and even if you fell asleep it was okay. That particular guideline was very freeing. Have not gone through 30 days straight, but when i do the meditation.................it is very clearing. I told my client as i was doing the meditation with a client at the time, that it felt like the energy from my voice and yours went together so well.....................it flowed through my head somehow. it was almost like a tuning fork effect from the sound of both our voices together.

i have recommended your site to so many clients and feel they have benefited from the experience. The fact that it is free, is so refreshing to see. You must be a kind soul, to share such good material just for the betterment of mankind!

To my surprise, I received an email notifying me of the free downloads available at your website. Somehow, I found myself listening to the Children of Light Affirmations. As I was listening to the words, tears began to fall because it was like I was listening to what I hear in my meditations. It was what I always wanted to hear from someone in my life to say to me. Dear Heather,

I was researching some info about Wally Minto and was lead to your site (I think you indicated that some of your affirmations are based on the Result's Book.) Anyway, I took Wally's Alpha Awareness seminar three time, including post grad and Result's Training once each in Las Vegas in 1980's. Changed my life. I met and married my true love and husband as a direct result of Wally answering a question with a question. He was a wonderful teacher. I am teaching a class based on his method of visualization for writers in June.

I have been upset and depressed recently...yesterday I was considering going on meds I was so depressed and cried all day, including while listening to your Children of Light CD. (I will try again.)

But today I listened to Track 1 of your Peace CD and then did track 7. As a result, I felt wonderful, body. mind and spirit!!! Didn't even have to drink a whole cup of coffee to become energized!!! Then I got my husband of almost 20 years, to listen with me. I loved what you said about not being angry with your husband ever. I feel the same way. I love my husband on a truly soul level--it's a spiritual marriage. We have our irritations with each other and certainly some very big challenges in life, but we are basically happy and love filled to the core. It makes all the difference. I will be 62 in a few days and I feel 30 years old. (Well, maturity-wise I might still be 14 sometimes. haha.)

I am recommending your website and CD's to my friends at church--we have a MasterMind group which doesn't seem to be getting anyplace. Perhaps we can listen to track 7 together and jump start ourselves.

I am signed up for your Effortless Healing workshop via email and will be printing it out for a friend who seems to get stuck in the Jungian theory of staying stuck in the past thrashing about for hidden childhood hurts.
