The toning-meditation contains psychoacoustics (the sound the brain makes in a delta state) - woven subliminally into the music. An mp3 removes 17x the information from the CD track (to make it easily downloadable) but you lose much of the psychoacoustic information. If you enjoy the toning it's best to buy the physical CD and use a headset for the full effect.
