Welcome to Day 34.
I was just thinking over the events and conversations of my day – some of them pleased me and some of them were just ok and one I wish I could take back. Do you ever feel that way? Yes. I already know – we all do at times. But then something happens – a thought, a new direction, a feeling, a word, a movement, a smile, a phone call, a late night walk, something funny or perhaps – a surprise e-mail and BAM! The mood changes. Better focus. Attention flows in another direction. I was tired but now I feel fantastic. I am thankful. Wow! I feel so good – I think I’ll head home and have some Rocky Road Ice Cream. I guess I have a lot more control over my feelings than I thought ten minutes ago. So do you! Your Gratitude Journal– Your gratitude list must be huge. Take a look at it! Write down just 3 more for today.
Feel it! Treasure it! Enjoy it!

Today's Meditation – Yep, you know what to do!
Giving to Others – Share some of your joy today. Stranger, friend or family – you will know who – just be open and alert.
Today’s Inspiration – “You are extensions of Source Energy here in these magnificent physical bodies. The amazing diversity of your time-space reality provides the perfect balance from which to create and attract. There has never been a better time to be upon your planet.” (Abe)
“Avoid exaggerating or changing facts for the purpose of impressing others. This quality may be cute in a child, but in an adult, it is a way of relying on the ego to keep illusions alive. Persisting in this practice will just keep you from knowing your higher self, which needs no exaggeration to feel important in the eyes of others.” (Wayne Dyer)
